TENANT INFORMATION

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

We accept cash, check, money order or payments Via your AppFolio portal. To pay with cash you must make an appointment with our office staff, email Office@binghamtonwest.com to make an appointment.
To pay by check or money order, check your lease agreement to find out who to make payable to, or ask us.
- Mail all checks to: P.O. Box 1445, Binghamton, NY 13902.

AppFolio allows you to view and sign your lease, pay your rent and security deposit and submit a maintenance request all online.

Setting up Utilities:
- NYSEG: It is your responsibility to set up NYSEG (gas and electric) in your name for the entire lease term. Call (800) 572-1111, press 0 to reach an operator and tell them you need to set up the service for your address.
- Cable and WiFi: Call Spectrum to set up service for your house. They can help you pick a package that works for your group and getting all of the necessary equipment needed.
City of Binghamton Winter Alternate Parking:
- On even calendar days, park on the even side of the street until 5 p.m. On odd calendar days, park on the odd side of the street until 5 p.m. The change in parking occurs each day at 5 p.m. For example, since Dec. 2 is an even day, vehicles must be moved to the odd side of the street at 5 p.m. Residents should think, 'Park for tomorrow.'
  Rules are in effect 24 hours per day.
